If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. This means that I may re-use the sketch / lineart / background / idea for future commissions, not that I will be selling the artwork with your character in it as a whole. The art will be changed to fit someone else's character instead.

You will be blacklisted and blocked, and your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want for others to watch out for.

I have every right to file a complaint and I have the right to the money you have given me.

Any statement may be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This TOS is an add on to my general TOS and applies to only my physical commissions. Please make sure that you read and understand both!

- For pre-mades, the character rights are automatically yours upon full purchase. You may not resell your suit for more than paid for if no additonal art / add ons to the character have been made.

- Shipment is a separate fee and will be billed before the final product is sent out. Failure to pay shipping will result in the commission being put on hold until payment can be made. If payment is not made within a month from invoice being sent, there will be a holding fee of $50 USD added for every week after the one month mark unless other arrangements are made beforehand.

- Pictures of the final product will be taken and posted to my liking, with credit given to the owner of the character. If you would like a private commission, that can be discussed prior to the payment being made.

- I will not take physical commissions from anyone under the age of 18 unless there is a guardian that I may contact throughout the process who has valid ID. This is to avoid minors taking money from their parents without consent and then issuing a chargeback after the product is completed.

- While I am always up for a challenge, if I can't guarantee that I can get your character / idea both accurate and HQ, I have the right to refuse your commission.

- Please understand that no piece of mine, (or anyone else's) will be perfect. There will always be a certain expectancy of quality, but knit-picking of small details isn't appreciated and may result in a warning or a block.

HAND DYED FURS

- While most of my suits will have pre-dyed fur, there are some instances where I will hand-dye fur myself to provide a more accurate colour for the customer or myself.

- Formula’s will not be disclosed to the customer, or anyone else, as they are a big part of my business. However, if a customer would like to come back and order an upgrade (such as a fullsuit), they are more than welcome to, ensuring a match to the rest of their suit.

- MATCHING PREVIOUS COLOURS MAY NOT BE 100% THE SAME. Think of it like batches of yarn- they might be off slightly.

- There are absolutely no refunds for matching colours if you, the customer, confirm that it is to your taste and later decide the colour is slightly off. It is better to order a full set, knowing that the dye batch will be the same.

WEFTED HAIR

- This is an option for those who's characters have long or complex hair that can't be properly achieved with faux fur.

- Fake hair is used, and combined to create thousands of unique shades and colour gradient options. This is a process that requires a lot of time, and the pricing will reflect that.

- Custom fit to your suit, whether that's on your fursuit head or a mane running all the way down your characters back.

- Every piece is sealed at the base in two ways to ensure it stays secure.

WARRANTY / REPAIRS

If there are any physical problems that come up, please contact me and a repair can be set up.

I do not currently do re-vamps of other creators suits. Please do not ask for repairs on work other than my own.

DISCLAIMER: The more complicated your suit is, the more stress there is on the individual seams holding it all together. This can lead to pieces needing to be repaired after a couple of years. I take all measures to ensure the customer gets high quality products that will last throughout constant use, and theoretically nothing should go wrong within the first bit with proper care.

For the first four months (after the product has been received by the customer):

 - Any physical faults (unravelling seams, etc.) that were caused by me, the artist, will be corrected at no cost to the customer and are covered under the warranty. This only applies if the product is being treated as intended and if the fault is not caused by the customer. For example, if the customer accidentally cuts the product while wearing, the warranty does not apply.

- This does not include any colour faults. I, the artist, will always check the colours with the customer before ordering or using any materials. Once the customer approves the colours, there will not be any changes made to it, even if the character's pattern has been changed halfway through.

After the first four months:

If your product is showing signs of wear and tear, I will do repairs (within my abilities) to correct any problems that have arisen . Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. No additional repair costs will be added, unless a significant problem is needed to be fixed and / or the customer would like to prioritise their repair.

If there is a repair that requires any material (a missing claw, etc.), the customer will be charged for the cost of the materials used on top of shipping.

Please Note: If there are any repairs made by any other person / third party I cannot guarantee that I will be able to undo and fix any damage that has been made.

REFUND POLICY

**This policy is to ensure that only serious buyers are interested. If you order and back out more than twice you will be blocked and publicly blacklisted.**

- I, the artist, have every right to refund an order without explanation. However, if that is the case, the customer will get a complete refund; including the downpayment.

- If a refund is requested before I have started on your order, there will be a fee of $50 USD taken out of the amount paid. ($50 is the non-refundable downpayment, which is included in the total price given to the customer.) ** Downpayments are subject to change per commission type.

(e.x) If you originally payed $400 USD, you will be refunded the remaining $350 USD

- If a refund is requested after material(s) have been ordered,  a partial refund will be made, to the amount that is left over from the shipping cost of the materials- if the amount in question is more than the downpayment. If the shipping cost is less, then you will be issued a partial refund, to the amount that is left after the downpayment is taken out.

(e.x) If you originally paid $400 USD, and the material shipping cost $60, you would be refunded the remaining $340 USD and the fabric will be used for other projects. But if material shipping was only $30, you would be refunded the remining $350 USD.

- If a refund is requested after I have started on your order (i.e. pattern pieces have been cut, or fur has been dyed) a partial refund will be made, to the amount that is left over from the cost of materials.

(e.x) If you originally payed $400 USD, and the materials cost $200 USD, you would be refunded the remaining $200 USD and the fabric will be used for other projects if salvageable.

- There are NO refunds under ANY circumstances at any point (unless decided by me) after pattern pieces have started to be sewn together. If you file a chargeback you will be blocked and backlisted, and I have every right to finish and sell the final product; with or without changes to the design (depending on how much was finished at the time of the chargeback).
